I am so glad that the characterizationswork for you! I have put a lot of thought into them but at the same time I am bringing weird things in and aging people 10-15 years always leads to different people and that is tricky.
I recommended Ho-Oh in part for this reason, yes, although also because I had a Ho-Oh card in front of me and it was the most colorful Pokemon on the table. :)
